â â â â â Acompanho com a Dra desde 2016, os atendimentos sempre foram muito mau feitos, porĂ©m a agilidade na hora de agendar sempre me fez manter a continuidade... ConsultĂłrio sempre lotado, como "gados"! Ontem pedi uma carta para o acompanhamento psicolĂłgico, e a mesma se recusou, dizendo que nĂŁo poderia fazĂȘ-lo, pois nĂŁo era psiquiatra, sendo que eu lhe informei que foi a prĂłpria secretaria do psicologo que me informou que qualquer especialidade mĂ©dica poderia . SĂł precisava rabiscar um papel! Mas a grosseria, estupidez e falta de empatia de sempre, me ofereceu uma negativa sem fundamento!!!

â â â â â Fui prontamente atendida e gostei da objetividade com que conduziu o atendimento. Foi educada, clara e cuidadosa. Entendo que seja uma profissional mais reservada. Mas isto nĂŁo me deixou com a sensação de falta de acolhimento, ou de um trabalho aquĂ©m do esperado. Na realidade, fiquei surpresa com a pontualidade e qualidade do atendimento.
I was promptly assisted and I liked the objectivity with which she conducted the service. She was polite, clear and careful. I understand that you are a more reserved professional. But this didn't leave me with the feeling of lack of welcome, or of a job that was less than expected. In fact, I was surprised by the punctuality and quality of service.
