Good service from the secretaries and good service from the doctor, but punctuality is something that does not exist in the place. Every time an hour late at least to be served.

Dr is very good and I have nothing to say, but service and punctuality need to improve a lot. Often the wait is 90min to 110min to be served. I always arrive at least 20 minutes in advance, the secretary could at least tell me that she's going to be late.
