★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei três vezes e tive a mesma informação dos três atendentes sobre um exame. Fui informada que o exame não era realizado na unidade, mas que vir até a unidade fazer o pagamento do exame e aqui eles marcavam pra eu realizar o exame em outro local. Me desloquei até a clínica, chegando lá fui informada que não realiza o exame e depois de muita discussão entre as atendentes vieram me falar que o valor do exame era muito mais caro. Enfim. Me desloquei de longe até a unidade pra nada ... Sinceramente não recomendo !
Terrible attendance. I called three times and got the same information from the three attendants about an exam. I was informed that the exam was not carried out at the unit, but that I had to come to the unit to pay for the exam and here they arranged for me to take the exam in another location. I went to the clinic, arriving there I was informed that she does not perform the exam and after a lot of discussion among the attendants they came to tell me that the cost of the exam was much more expensive. Anyway. I traveled far to the unit for nothing... I honestly don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a gente paga por algo e o atendimento é precário, fazer ultrassonografia em tempos comuns já é de praxe utilizar roupão descartável, cheguei na clínica e a enfermeira manda colocar um roupao que está pendurado num gancho na parede suja, quando eu peguei estava bastante sujo e com mal cheiro. Reclamei e a enfermeira foi buscar um descartável... esse é um tipo de coisa que não tem que se reclamar, é pra estar disponível....
E tem mais, banheiro sem sabonete e nenhum álcool em gel disponível.

Dizem que é por horário marcado mas por ironia do destino o médico está SEMPRE atrasado, o que te faz esperar mais de duas horas (se fosse por ordem de chegada seria compreensível). Ginecologista extremamente grosso, apreça a consulta, contrariou o diagnóstico das minhas duas últimas ginecologistas que tem nome em questão de qualidade na minha cidade natal, é um troglodita! É nítido que eles não se importam com o paciente, apenas com o dinheiro. É um descaso pagarmos por um serviço que não é bom, esse lugar não devia nem estar aberto. As atendentes são educadas (ao menos isso). Me pergunto se o ginecologista não aprendeu na graduação a como tratar o paciente, queria saber a universidade que esse dai se formou para passar longe.
Worst clinic I've ever been to in my life. They say it's by appointment but ironically the doctor is ALWAYS late, which makes you wait more than two hours (if it was by order of arrival, it would be understandable). Extremely thick gynecologist, price the consultation, he contradicted the diagnosis of my last two gynecologists who have a name in terms of quality in my hometown, he is a troglodyte! It's clear that they don't care about the patient, only about the money. It's negligent to pay for a service that isn't good, this place shouldn't even be open. The attendants are polite (at least that). I wonder if the gynecologist didn't learn in graduation how to treat the patient, he wanted to know the university that this person graduated to go far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A clínica não tem comprometimento com o horário marcado com o paciente, mais de 1 hora de atrasado nas consultas e exames, e hoje por uma infelicidade, o dro. Osiris Melo Oliveira foi embora 20 mimutos antes do horário de tolerância determinada pela clínica.
Não recomendo a clínica para NINGUÉM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clínica que já fui!! Cheguei no local 18:20, chegando lá muita gente na clínica. Estava marcada para 19:00, fui atendida as 22:00 da noite. Falta de respeito enorme com os pacientes ! Tinha gente que ficava 4/5 min dentro da sala do médico. Nunca mais ponho os pés, e se não fosse pela minha urgência, tinha ido embora.
Worst clinic I have ever been to!! I arrived at the place at 18:20, with a lot of people arriving at the clinic. I was scheduled for 19:00, I was seen at 22:00 at night. Huge lack of respect for patients! There were people who stayed 4/5 minutes inside the doctor's room. I never set foot again, and if it hadn't been for my urgency, I'd be gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi uma clínica tão desorganizada, descomprometida e burocrática. Para tudo precisa de uma senha. Por que não colocar uma pessoa, de preferência, simpática e empática para dar informações e entregar resultado de exames?? Péssima experiência de atendimento, principalmente, por parte de uma funcionária. Tinha raio x para fazer, me preparei e simplesmente não avisaram que foi cancelado. E ainda disseram que o número para contato estava errado, sendo que na mesma semana já haviam entrado em contato por ligação e mensagem no WhatsApp em relação a outros agendamentos. Estranho, né? No mínimo!
