★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que é o procedimento dele sair andando e deixar suas pacientes ( no caso ex futura paciente ) sem atendimento!!!
Cheguei 40 min antes para a consulta,mas devido a um problema no sistema a atendente só conseguiu finalizar a abertura da ficha as 15:58.
Quando cheguei na porta do consultório, pasmem ele havia ido embora !!!
Não fui passear fui ao médico pq precisava de atendimento, mas a falta de comprometimento do Dr. Sergio, saí de lá sem atendimento e é claro, me recusei que reagendasse com esse mesmo profissional !!!

Mas graças a Deus Eu fui! Adorei o médico.
Meu marido me acompanhou, o médico foi extremamente atencioso, tirou minhas dúvidas e as do meu marido com atenção, me deu as opções que eu precisava de tratamento.
Me indicou um endócrino e uma nutri.
Explicou tudo que eu precisava, olhou todos meus exames. Com certeza indico!
Gostei também do atendimento das secretárias, me atenderam bem tanto no telefone quanto pessoalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2018 o procurei para realizar o pré natal das minhas gêmeas. Nas primeiras consulta ele até foi ok, porém nas seguintes ele simplesmente não olhava na minha cara e deixou de pedir VÁRIOS exames importantes, um total descaso. Porém o pior foi quando solicitei as injeções de corticoides para amadurecer o pulmão das minhas bebes (tendo em vista o risco de parto prematuro em gestação gemelar), e o mesmo foi extremamente mal educado, dizendo que elas não iriam nascer antes e que não receitaria nada, entre outras coisas que me fizeram sair do consultório chorando. Graças a Deus encontrei outra obstetra que receitou as injeções e fez com que minhas bebes (que nasceram de 36 semanas), não precisassem de UTI. Em fim, se você preza pela sua saúde e de seu bebe, fuja desse médico.

But the worst was when I requested corticosteroid injections to mature the lungs of my babies (considering the risk of preterm birth in twin gestation), and the same was extremely rude, saying that they would not be born before and would not prescribe nothing, among other things that made me leave the office crying. Thank God I found another obstetrician who prescribed the injections and made my babies (who were born 36 weeks), not need an ICU. In the end, if you cherish your health and your baby, run away from that doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Última consulta em que estive, estava lotado. Mas penso que por ser pre natal ele deveria saber mais ou menos o nome da mãe ou ao menos perguntar o do pai. Após várias consultas ele nao teve esta atenção. Chama de BEM os pacientes. Mas é educado. Na ultima consulta todas gestantes ganharam mimo da fraldinha turma da monica mas ele estava com tanta pressa que nao lembrou do meu. Fiquei meio pensativa e desisti de voltar pois alem disso achei a recepcionista fria.

In the last consultation, all pregnant women got a treat from monica's flapper class but he was in such a hurry that he didn't remember mine. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2010 tive minha primeira filha, excelente profissional, o consultório dele sempre foi lotado, porém ele sempre atencioso, inclusive deixou o número do seu celular disponível para qualquer eventualidade.
Passava muito mal na gestação e sempre que chegava no Santa Joana eles corriam para ligar pra ele.
Não tenho que reclamar, agora estou grávida novamente e quero voltar com ele, porém no particular, alguém sabe o valor da consulta?
Pois o convênio que tinha era da empresa que não trabalho mais.
