★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuuuuito demorado. Era a primeira paciente do dia com horário agendado. A profissional chegou com mais de 1 hora de atraso. Isso para mim é uma falta de consideração com o ser humano. Péssima a experiência.
Soooo long. She was the first patient of the day with an appointment. The professional arrived more than 1 hour late. This for me is a lack of consideration for the human being. Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica que não cumpre com horários marcados,médicos chegam atrasados e não cumprem com o horário estabelecido. Pensam que os pacientes estão a disposição o dia inteiro. Fiquei 2 h esperando um médico cardiologista chamado HUGO MANUEL ESCALIER ALVAREZ, que chegou atrasado aos atendimentos e quando entrei na sala, a primeira coisa que fez foi perguntar se tinha muita gente esperando do lado de fora. Quando fui relatar tudo o que estava sentindo, me cortou e atendeu com uma antipatia,como se estivesse fazendo um favor em atender. Um médico totalmente arrogante e despreparado, que não me deixou relatar o que estava sentindo. Conclusão: encerrei a consulta e saí da sala, devido a esse péssimo atendimento. Péssima experiência com esse médico e com a demora.

When I went to report everything I was feeling, he cut me off and answered with a dislike, as if he was doing a favor by answering. A totally arrogant and unprepared doctor who wouldn't let me report what I was feeling. Conclusion: I ended the consultation and left the room, due to this poor service. Bad experience with this doctor and with the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo whatsapp horrível! Dizem que é ordem de chegada, mas só tem vaga para o meio de dezembro. Questionei a tal marcação, já que foi informado que era ordem de chegada e a atendente me mandou procurar um hospital. Descaso total com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Marca hora mas o atendimento é por ordem de chegada, extremamente demorado e paciente que chega muito depois de você é passado na frente. O tempo que eu gastei esperando nas duas vezes que fui me consultar foi mais de 3 horas e a sala de espera é muito quente, porém não ligam o ar condicionado. É uma pena, pois gostei muito da médica que me atendeu, mas passar por isso tudo para ser atendida depois de horas infelizmente não dá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As datas das consultas são distantes, e muitas vezes quando chega na véspera da consulta os médicos simplesmente cancelam ou adiam mais ainda por meros motivos pessoais, além de algumas filas serem enormes por conta da ordem de chegada, e no atendimento pelo WhatsApp não é dada muita atenção ao cliente, e também demora para responder.
