Ao chegar no local, descobri que o meu câmbio tem uma peculiaridade, no qual o Alessandro até mostrou o gabarito do câmbio do modelo do meu veículo, o que de dois serviços orçados, acabei fazendo apenas um. No serviço contratado, passou escanner no carro antes e depois da troca do câmbio automático em aparelho de última geração (máquina sistema diálise). O proprietário não enrola o cliente, é atencioso e ágil no serviço. Preço justo pelo serviço que oferece com uma qualidade muito boa. Virei cliente.

Em todo momento demonstrou muito profissionalismo e proficiência no assunto. Ele filmou parte do processo e me enviou para registrar o serviço e a situação do fluído antigo. Identificou pontos de atenção para manutenções futuras. Fiquei muito satisfeito com todo o processo.

Troquei o óleo, filtro de óleo, filtro de ar, limpadores de para-brisa, completei óleo da direção hidráulica, calibrei os pneus, completei a água do limpador do pára brisa e ainda ganhei um lubrificante para aumentar a vida útil das borrachas do limpador! Tudo num só lugar! Excelente atendimento! Super recomendo!! Voltarei sempre que precisar! Muito obrigada !
