★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei um combo só que por problemas pessoais não estava conseguindo passar em consulta então solicitei que me devolvesse o dinheiro da consulta (já que eu não havia passado )de primeira não queriam devolver com muito custo e insistência (me devolveram 40 real )sendo que eu (paguei 50 real ) absurdamente escutei da atendente desinformada que a clínica não era obrigada devolver o dinheiro como assim gente nunca vi isso ... foi a primeira vez que passei nessa clínica e percebi que não agem certo perante a lei do consumidor eu trabalho em uma clínica médica e quando um paciente não quer passar em consulta por motivos dele e que já tenha pago consulta devolvemos o dinheiro no ato (obs : o valor correto que foi pago ) assim é com exames isso é por lei ...

Consegui marcar a consulta ,mas não tem o valor no site ,os telefones do site fala que não existe .
Whatsapp é robô coloco pra falar com atente e não transfe aí fica difícil .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, marcaram um exame super importante para minha mãe fazer em uma data, falaram para ela tomar um remédio um dia antes, ficar em jejum, para no final minha mãe chegar lá e o médico que acompanha ela nem estar presente, tiveram que remarcar pro outro mês, sem organização nenhuma!!! Fora que demoram um século para responder pelo Whatsapp.
Terrible care, they scheduled a super important exam for my mother to have on a date, they told her to take a medicine the day before, to go fast, so that in the end my mother got there and the doctor who accompanied her was not even present, they had to reschedule for another month, without any organization!!! Besides, it takes them a century to answer through Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento um lixo ,eu precisava fazer um procedimento com a dermatologista mas tinha que fazer o ultrassom primeiro ,fiz mas quando voltei pra pegar o resultado dissero que o médico teria que falar comigo e eu teria que fazer novamente resumo fiquei 3 meses esperando ,a verdade é que na recepção tinha sumido meu exame.E no dia do meu procedimento marquei as 8:00 e disserro que ia me atender as 11:00 pq o equipamento que precisava só ia chegar às 10:00 não recomendo ninguém vim aqui um péssimo atendimento lixo não cumprem com o que fala.
