★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São médicos há anos da minha filha. Hoje ela tem 8, e acabaram com um problema crônico dela quando descobriram, e realizaram a cirurgia de amígdala e adenoiad. Parabéns Frederico e Walmir, ambos excelentes otorrinos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por um otorrinolaringologista péssimo... sem empatia e inteligencia emocional..
Simplesmente ele, como otorrinolaringologista, além de ter sido extremamente arrogante e soberbo, me tratou como criança, não me explicou nada e saiu fazendo um exame onde disse "vc vai sentir um gostinho amargo" e só. Era uma anestesia, a qual ele não avisou que seria aplicada, nunca havia sentido isso e minha língua parecia estar inchando e a garganta fechando. Claro, era uma sensação nova, desconfortável e pior, inesperada pois em momento nenhum ele me avisou que o spray era uma anestesia e quando perguntei quando passaria o efeito ele disse que "precisava tratar minha cabeça pq era muito ansiosa"... quem não se sentiria mal e ansioso recebendo uma anestesia na garganta sem ter sido avisado ? Péssimo para lidar com seres humanos, não se iludam com as qualificações técnicas, a parte humana falta MUITO. Jamais colocarei meus pés de novo lá. Ele gosta é de passar remédio, não de ouvir o que o paciente fala, por diversas vezes na consulta tive de repetir a mesma informação pra ele (pois não prestou atenção de primeira e ficava repetindo que eu comia algo que já disse que não comia e tinha um determinado hábito que não tenho) e nem por isso fui grossa dizendo que ele precisava tratar a cabeça dele ou mesmo o tratei mal... a recíproca não foi verdadeira. Pior atendimento médico que já tive na vida....

He, simply, as an otorhinolaryngologist, besides being extremely arrogant and superb, treated me like a child, did not explain anything to me and left doing an exam where he said "you will feel a little bitter" and that's it. It was an anesthesia, which he did not say would be applied, I had never felt it before and my tongue seemed to be swelling and my throat was closing. Of course, it was a new, uncomfortable and worse, unexpected sensation because at no time did he warn me that the spray was an anesthesia and when I asked when the effect would pass he said that "I needed to treat my head because I was very anxious" ... who didn't would you feel bad and anxious about having an anesthetic in your throat without being told? Terrible to deal with human beings, don't be fooled by the technical qualifications, the human part is MUCH lacking. I will never put my feet there again. He likes to give medicine, not to hear what the patient says, several times during the consultation I had to repeat the same information for him (because he didn't pay attention at first and kept saying that I ate something I already said I didn't eat and had a certain habit that I don't have) and even so I was not rude saying that he needed to treat his head or even treated him badly ... the opposite was not true. Worst medical care I have ever had in my life ....
