Meu sofá tem 13 anos, nunca tinha sido lavado na vida, de azul estava cinza, marrom sei lá ?, e o pano do meu sofá é aquele q impregna e não sai...
mas, ele não se deu por vencido, passou horas, suou muito, mas estava ali com sorriso no rosto, insistindo, e o resultado foi maravilhoso, ele praticamente recuperou meu sofá, um sofá q eu já tinha resolvido jogar fora.
Estou muito satisfeita com o resultado, e quanto ao preço? Achei q ele cobrou barato em vista ao q ele encontrou.
Preço justíssimo, aliás pra mim né, pq ele merecia mais ?

O meu sofá estava aparentemente desgastado, e incrivelmente está novo de novo.
O atendimento foi impecável o Caue, demonstra que está feliz pelo que está fazendo e por este motivo que está dando certo! A satisfação antes de ser do cliente é dele próprio.

Contratei a higienização do meu colc˙nao e ao chegarem na minha casa, foram super profissionais, me mostrando todo o processo, me explicando o que seria feito, e como seria feito.
Após finalizarem o serviço, me mostraram o antes e o depois, e me instruiram quanto ao tempo de secagem e como poderia fazer para utilizar o colchão nesse periodo.
Recomendo muito a todos que tiveram incidentes com seus pets, ou até mesmo que queiram fazer uma higienização para manutenção, vou fazer mais vezes, com toda a certeza!
In the first contact I was already surprised, the service was super explanatory, they told me about the procedure that would be done, and even I was very calm, because all the products used are pet-friendly.
I hired my mattress to be cleaned and when they arrived at my house, they were super professional, showing me the whole process, explaining what would be done, and how it would be done.
After finishing the service, they showed me the before and after, and instructed me about the drying time and how I could use the mattress during this period.
I highly recommend it to everyone who has had incidents with their pets, or even who wants to do a cleaning for maintenance, I will do it more often, for sure!
