★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra lar para ver se tinha um pivô a atendente informou o valor e que era original 30 h depois fui ate a loja e o valor era outro e a pessa não era original sai de casa atoa péssimo atendimento...
Fui no concorrente e achei orriginal mais barato do q o paralelo da loja dr3 ja é a segunda vez q acontece isso comigo nessa loja os preços mais caros e as peças mais vagabundas estão lá só tem paralelo de 3 linha...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja compra uma peça e na venda me trataram super bem, mas a peça estava com defeito ao retorna fizeram de tudo pra não troca a peça, é uma peça de plugue e na grande maioria de ter ser cortado e fazer adoração neste caso não importa o fato da peça está com defeito ... um alerta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, vendedor foi sem educação e ao falar que não tinha a peça simplesmente desligou na minha cara. Se por telefone é assim imagino pessoalmente.
Horrible service, salesman was uneducated and when he said he didn't have the part he just hung up on me. If by phone it is like this I personally imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei as peças que não tinham na fuscão preto... mas ao ligar pra fuscao me deram o valor porém não me disseram qie não tinham.... ainda bem que achei em outro lugar, senão seria viagem perdida.
I found the pieces that did not have in the black fuscao ... but when I called the fuscao they gave me the value but they did not tell me that they did not have it ... thankfully I found it elsewhere, otherwise it would be a lost trip.

Tive que voltar na loja pra trocar o item duas vezes pois o mesmo veio errado, perdi tempo, dinheiro da mão de obra só mecânico, quando disse isso ao vendedor o mesmo disse que se eu tô pagando mão de obra eles estão pagando frete para pedir meu item pois tiveram que encomendar (Mas aí eu pergunto? Quem foi que disse QUE TINHA A PEÇA? Não foi eu, se eles pagam frete o problema não é do cliente). Até que eles a única solução deles foi estornar o dinheiro. Além disso, as peças eram recondicionadas dava pra ver que estavam pintadas com Jet e tinham sido passadas no torno, e as alças de ferro estavam todas amaçadas mas diziam que eram novas.

I had to go back to the store to exchange the item twice because it came wrong, I lost time, money from labor only mechanics, when I told the seller the same said that if I'm paying labor they are paying shipping to ask my item because they had to order (But then I ask? Who said THAT HAS THE PIECE? It wasn't me, if they pay shipping the problem is not the customer's). Until they their only solution was to reverse the money. In addition, the pieces were reconditioned, you could see that they were painted with Jet and had been ironed on the lathe, and the iron handles were all worn but said they were new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, não comprem nada nesta loja pois acaba o compromisso pós a venda. Comprei um par de amortecedor traseiro cofap que estourou com um mês de uso. Fui até a loja eles me ofereceram um de outra marca de valor e qualidade inferior e me dariam um crédito de 120,00 na loja. Não aceitei então o vendedor disse que conseguiria o cofap sendo que um mês atrás eu comprei na tabela antiga e que conseguindo o mesmo amortecedor eu teria que pagar toda a diferença que eu não aceitei óbvio porque eles pensam que são espertos e esquecem que conhecemos nossos direitos. Em ele disse que teria que mandar a peça pra análise na cofap e iria demorar pra ver se eu ia ceder eu não aceitei e liguei pra minha advogada, eles optaram em fazer o estorno do valor mesmo antes do cliente ( eu ) decidir. Zero compromisso com o cliente .... não comprem nada na dr3 da nolo peçanha pois o compromisso acaba assim que vc paga pela peça ... muito suja a loja.
Lousy experience, do not buy anything at this store as the post-sale commitment ends. I bought a pair of cofap rear shock absorbers that burst with a month of use. I went to the store and they offered me another brand of inferior value and quality and would give me a credit of 120.00 in the store. I didn't accept it so the seller said that I would get the cofap being that a month ago I bought it on the old table and that getting the same damper I would have to pay for the difference that I didn't accept obviously because they think they are smart and forget that we know our rights . In he said he would have to send the piece to the cofap for analysis and it would take a while to see if I was going to give in. I didn't accept it and called my lawyer, they chose to reverse the value even before the client (me) decided. Zero commitment to the customer .... do not buy anything at dr3 da nolo peçanha because the commitment ends as soon as you pay for the piece ... the store is very dirty.
