Fiz um agendamento com a atendente para Consulta com Dra Adriana ( foi uma recomendação), me ligaram para falar do horário do agendamento em um dia, no outro dia me enviaram mensagem via whatsapp para confirmar. Quando cheguei lá fui avisada que quem me atenderia seria outra pessoa. Esperaram me deslocar até lá para me informar que a pessoa que solicitei não vai atender. Falta de respeito!!! Questionei o motivo pelo qual eu não iria ser atendida pela dentista que tinha agendado. O motivo era que ela não tinha horário. Me pergunto se ela não tinha horário pq me ligaram ontem pra falar que tinha vaga? Perdi o meu tempo. Enfim, não recomendo.
A lack of respect with the customer !!! I made an appointment with the attendant for Consultation with Dr. Adriana (it was a recommendation), they called me to talk about the scheduling time in one day, the other day they sent me a message via whatsapp to confirm. When I got there I was told that someone who would attend me would be someone else. They waited to go there to inform me that the person I requested will not answer. Lack of respect!!! I asked why I would not be seen by the dentist I had booked. The reason was that she had no schedule. I wonder if she didn't have time because they called me yesterday to say she had a place? I wasted my time. Anyway, do not recommend.
