A secretaria informou q eles enviam e-mail e SMS para o paciente avisando (não recebi e-mail e meu celular havia sido anotado errado). Também informaram que não possuíam atendimento de Whatsapp (Algo bem incomum a consultórios médicos em pleno 2022).
Na semana seguinte, um dia antes da consulta, me avisaram por WHATSAPP que houve um imprevisto e que não poderia ser atendida no horário combinado.
Muita falta de respeito e consideração!
 Disorganization in the agenda, the first time I tried to consult, I only found out that it had been cleared at the door. The secretary informed that they send e-mail and SMS to the patient warning (I did not receive an e-mail and my cell phone had been written down wrongly). They also reported that they did not have Whatsapp service (Something very unusual for medical offices in the middle of 2022).
The following week, the day before the appointment, I was informed by WHATSAPP that there was an unforeseen event and that I could not be seen at the agreed time.
Very disrespectful and considerate!
