Desde a primeira consulta demostrou-se muito atenciosa e disposta em nos ajudar - eu, no processo de emagrecimento saudável e,minha filha, com a seletividade alimentar. Nesse um mês que estamos passando com ela, aprendi várias receitas novas, rápidas e nutritivas e minha filha tem experimentado coisas que ela nunca teve curiosidade de experimentar.
 Dr Aline is a charm of person and especially as a nutritionist. From the first consultation, she was very attentive and willing to help us - me, in the healthy weight loss process and, my daughter, with food selectivity. In the month we've been spending with her, I've learned a lot of new, quick and nutritious recipes and my daughter has been trying things she's never been curious to try.

Eu e minha filha de 6 anos iniciamos no início de Dezembro, um período um tanto complicado por conta das festas, mas mesmo assim não deixamos de ter resultados. O aplicativo é muito bacana, fora as receitas que te ajudam a ter mais criatividade. Minha filha adora ajudar na cozinha e isso tem sido muito importante na mudança dos nossos hábitos alimentares. Dr is a charming person, extremely kind and makes you very comfortable. My 6-year-old daughter and I started at the beginning of December, a somewhat complicated period due to the holidays, but even so, we still had results. The app is very cool, apart from the recipes that help you to be more creative. My daughter loves to help in the kitchen and this has been very important in changing our eating habits. A primeira consulta ela procurou saber de toda minha rotina, o que eu gostava de comer, como eram minhas refeições, enfim, passamos mais de uma hora com ela me mapeando. Na segunda consulta após ela passar a dieta, me tirou todas as duvidas, além de ter passado algo no qual eu consegui fazer sem sofrimento.
No primeiro mês já tivemos um resultado execelente.
Super indico, uma profissional excepcional.

Aline no final do ano de 2021 e foi a melhor escolha que eu fiz, ela fez um plano totalmente personalizado para o meu perfil, em uma diferença de 2 semanas entre consultas, eu perdi medidas, ganhei massa, minha energia melhorou de forma surpreendente. A primeira consulta levou uma hora, porque ela perguntou sobre minha rotina, meus gostos e minha saúde nos detalhes, para programar um cardápio que se adaptasse a mim. Me surpreendi com a atenção e a dedicação! Nunca fui em um médico que fizesse uma consulta maior que 10 min.
O valor das consultas é super acessível para o que ela propõe, pois ela está sempre disponível pra tirar dúvidas no whatsapp, fora que ela tem controle de todos os aspectos da sua saúde através do exame de bioimpedância, que ela posta no aplicativo pra você acompanhar a evolução!
Fora que no aplicativo tem muitas receitas práticas e com ingredientes simples, já fiz váriaaas.
Nunca imaginei que conseguiria passar mais de um mês me alimentando bem, e com os exercícios tenho conseguido ver resultados no meu corpo já!

I can only thank Dr. Aline for her work. The first consultation took an hour, because she asked about my routine, my tastes and my health in detail, to program a menu that would adapt to me. I was surprised by the attention and dedication! I've never been to a doctor who made an appointment longer than 10 minutes.
The value of the consultations is super affordable for what she proposes, as she is always available to answer questions on whatsapp, apart from the fact that she has control of all aspects of her health through the bioimpedance exam, which she posts on the app for you to follow. the evolution!
Apart from the fact that the app has many practical recipes with simple ingredients, I've already made several.
I never imagined that I would be able to spend more than a month eating well, and with the exercises I have been able to see results in my body already!
