★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dra. Valesca é muito atenciosa. Mas o mesmo não se pode dizer da recepção. "Esquecem" o agendamento da sua consulta, não ligam pra confirmar. Quando retornamos pra saber, somos ironizados e postos em "fim de fila" (ainda que seja caso de acompanhamento regular).

Peguei uma consulta particular e sobre o meu retorno as secretárias foram completamente não atenciosas me acusando de não ter entrado em contato sendo que tentei 3 vezes sem sucesso. Continuo passando mal. Triste com o descaso.
The doctor Aloma Silva was attentive despite the delay and the quick consultation, but it is completely inaccessible.
