★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para minha filha com a dermatologista Ana Cristina B. Moura. A atendente falou que as consultas começariam às 13:00 horas, por ordem de chegada. Peguei meus filhos na escola e fui direto para o consultório. Antes das 13:00h cheguei lá. A médica chegou 14:30h ao local, ficou conversando com os funcionários, só começou a atender às 14:53. Fomos ser atendidos 15:30, meus filhos sem almocar, pois saíram da escola direto para o consultório. E isso porque uma pessoa se solidarizou com a nossa situação e cedeu a vez, se não fosse isso, sairia de lá bem mais tarde! Uma total falta de respeito com as pessoas que estavam sentadas na sala de espera, crianças, idosos e também com os demais. Infelizmente precisamos de atendimento e temos que passar por este tipo de situação com alguns "profissionais" que não têm empatia com as pessoas, não se põem no lugar de quem está lá fora esperando por horas!!!
 I made an appointment for my daughter with dermatologist Ana Cristina B. Moura. The attendant said that consultations would begin at 1:00 pm, on a first-come, first-served basis. I picked my kids up from school and went straight to the office. Before 1:00 pm I arrived there. The doctor arrived at the place at 2:30 pm, kept talking to the employees, only started attending at 2:53 pm. We went to be seen at 15:30, my children didn't have lunch, because they left school straight to the office. And that's because a person sympathized with our situation and gave in, if it wasn't for that, he'd get out of there much later! A total lack of respect for the people who were sitting in the waiting room, children, the elderly and also for the others. Unfortunately, we need assistance and we have to go through this kind of situation with some "professionals" who don't have empathy with people, they don't put themselves in the place of those who are out there waiting for hours!!!
