★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando precisei entrar em quarentena, após pegar uma gripe muito forte, passei a ficar em casa e parei de trabalhar na rua. Ao recuperar o físico, parecia que não conseguia reagir. Talvez eu estivesse muito assustada com isso tudo, ou de certa forma em choque. O fato que estava angustiada, não sabia direito o que estava acontecendo comigo naquele momento, o que estava sentindo. Temia pelo possível retorno de uma depressão, um dos sintomas era não sentir bem o gosto da comida, e uma vontade de fazer absolutamente nada. Então surgiu a indicação de uma amiga, ex-colega de trabalho, que me indicou a Ana Paula, para sessões de reiki à distância. Eu já conhecia o reiki, já tinha feito sessões em outros ocasiões e ele sempre me ajudou. Ela me orientou que apenas rezasse na noite em que ela enviaria a energia do reiki. Somente isso. O reiki não está ligado a nenhum tipo de religião, e qualquer pessoa pode usufruir dos seus benefícios. E em apenas uma sessão eu pude sentir uma grande melhora!Foi impressionante, no dia seguinte à sessão, eu já estava muito melhor, mais disposta e mais focada. Sinto que quanto mais a gente está precisando, mais sente o efeito. Eu sou muito grata à Ana Paula, e a energia do reiki, pois me ajudou em um momento crucial, e agora posso raciocinar melhor sobre o que fazer, buscar ajuda quando preciso, buscar trabalho remoto, retomar meu negócio que estava parado, enfim, reagir nesse momento tão difícil pra todos nós! Espero que ela continue ajudando muita gente como me auxiliou!
When I needed to be quarantined, after getting a very bad flu, I stayed at home and stopped working on the street. Upon recovering his physique, he seemed to be unable to react. Maybe I was too scared about it all, or in a way in shock. The fact that I was distressed, I didn't really know what was happening to me at that moment, what I was feeling. He feared for the possible return of a depression, one of the symptoms was not to taste the food well, and a desire to do absolutely nothing. Then came the recommendation of a friend, a former co-worker, who referred me to Ana Paula, for distance reiki sessions. I already knew reiki, had done sessions on other occasions and it always helped me. She instructed me to just pray the night that she would send the reiki energy. Only that. Reiki is not linked to any type of religion, and anyone can enjoy its benefits. And in just one session I could feel a great improvement! It was impressive, the day after the session, I was much better, more willing and more focused. I feel that the more we need it, the more we feel the effect. I am very grateful to Ana Paula, and the energy of reiki, because it helped me at a crucial moment, and now I can reason better about what to do, seek help when I need it, seek remote work, resume my business that was stopped, in short, react in this moment so difficult for all of us! I hope she continues to help many people as she helped me!
