★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não cheguei nem a consultar a minha filha no pediatra, liguei pra marcar consulta em sexta feira dia 16/03 e a recepcionista marcou pra dia 18/03, pois quando cheguei lá nesse dia a recepcionista ja foi me recebendo mal, falou q não marcou nada pra esse dia q a consulta foi marcada pra abril, totalmente sem profissionalismo, ignorante, e ainda veio dizendo q era a minha palavra contra a dela, uma pessoa dessa não merece está atrás de um balcão recebendo as pessoas, eu nao sei da doutora não posso reclamar dela.
Fiquei com muita raiva, pois sai de casa com minha filha de 3 meses, gastei dinheiro e ainda sai estressada de lá, e não consegui uma consulta, por isso posso dizer atendimento péssimo, horrível.
I did not even go to consult my daughter at the pediatrician, I called to schedule a consultation on Friday 03/16 and the receptionist scheduled for 03/18, because when I got there that day the receptionist was already getting me wrong, she said no marked nothing to this day that the appointment was scheduled for April, totally unprofessional, ignorant, and still came saying that it was my word against hers, a person of this deserve is behind a counter receiving people, I do not know the doctor I can not complain about it.
I was very angry because I left home with my 3 month old daughter, I spent money and I still get stressed out from there, and I did not get an appointment, so I can say lousy service, horrible.
