Minha experiência neste consultório foi péssima. Primeiro vou começar pelo atendimento telefónico, a recepcionista Flavia foi mal educada, mas mesmo assim marquei uma consulta com a Dr. Beatriz para uma avaliação.
No dia combinado para consulta, cheguei com 30 minutos de antecedência, isto é a minha consulta estava marcada para 14:30 e eu cheguei às 14:00, entreguei logo meus documentos para a recepcionista Flavia, a mesma pediu para que eu aguardasse.
Infelizmente a Dra.Beatriz, chamou a paciente que chegou depois de mim, com toda paciência aquardei, em seguida ela chamou outra paciente e mais uma vez continuei esperando. Após 2:30 de espera da minha hora narcada, meu marido perguntou a recepcionista se eu seria a proxima, tendo em vista ter chegado em primeiro lugar, adiantada meia hora, ela disse que sim eu seria a proxima., mas para minha surpresa a Dr. Beatriz Medina, chamou uma outra paciente que chegou por último, demonstrando total falta de respeito e ética profissional.
Para piorar a situação meu marido interpelou
novamente a recepcionista e a mesma foi muito malcriada, dizendo que se tivesse alguma coisa a reclamar, que falasse com a médica.
Finalizando, não recomendo esse consultório, pois ela pode até ser uma boa cirurgiā, mas não tem respeito com os pacientes e muito menos aquela recepcionista.

My experience in this office was terrible. First, I'll start with the telephone service, the receptionist Flavia was rude, but I still made an appointment with Dr. Beatriz for an evaluation.
On the scheduled day for consultation, I arrived 30 minutes in advance, that is, my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm and I arrived at 2:00 pm, I immediately delivered my documents to the receptionist Flavia, who asked me to wait.
Unfortunately, Dr. Beatriz called the patient who arrived after me, with all patience I waited, then she called another patient and again I kept waiting. After 2:30 waiting for my late hour, my husband asked the receptionist if I would be next, considering that I arrived first, half an hour early, she said yes I would be next, but to my surprise the Dr. Beatriz Medina, called another patient who arrived last, showing a total lack of respect and professional ethics.
To make matters worse my husband asked
the receptionist again and she was very rude, saying that if she had anything to complain about, she would talk to the doctor.
Finally, I do not recommend this office, as she may even be a good surgeon, but she has no respect for patients and much less that receptionist.
