★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre a Dr nem posso avaliar pq nem cheguei a ser atendida por ela, pois o atendente da clinica péssimo por sinal.. quando liguei pra marcar me deixou 15 minutos esperando no telefone, desliguei e liguei pro celular e consegui marcar a consulta. e depois ele me informou que meu plano nao autorizou a minha "consulta" entrei em contato com o plano e fui informada que ele estava tentando passar uma limpeza e nao uma consulta como eu pedi por isso nao estava sendo liberado, pedi ao atendente que fosse marcado uma CONSULTA como o plano me informou e ele me disse que no consultório deles nao se marca consulta.. que geralmente é marcado a limpeza logo q é mais fácil entao eu pagar 100 reais pois o plano diz que libera e nao libera e é assim que eles trabalham (tenho os audios dele tentando me fazer pagar por uma limpeza que eu nao queria pois so queria uma consulta de avaliação) entao mais uma vez liguei pro plano e questionei o motivo deles nao liberarem minha consulta pois ele disse que nao estava sendo liberada de jeito nenhum.. e o plano me informou que essa informação nao era verídica, abri uma reclamação e informei ao atendente que na mesma hora mudou o tom e disse que tentaria entao agendar uma consulta, mas agora nao quero mais. lamentável. será que nao queriam marcar uma consulta pq o valor é baixo? nao sei... sei que mentir é feio!

When I called to make an appointment, he left me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, I hung up and called my cell phone and managed to make an appointment. and then he informed me that my plan did not authorize my "consultation" I contacted the plan and was informed that he was trying to clean up and not an appointment as I asked so it was not being released, I asked the attendant to go I scheduled an CONSULTATION as the plan informed me and he told me that in their office there is no appointment... that cleaning is usually scheduled as soon as it's easier, so I pay 100 reais because the plan says it releases and does not release and that's how that they work (I have his audios trying to make me pay for a cleaning I didn't want because I just wanted an evaluation appointment) so once again I called the plan and asked why they didn't release my appointment because he said it wasn't being No way was released... and the plan informed me that this information was not true, I filed a complaint and informed the attendant who immediately changed his tone and said I would then try to schedule an appointment, but now I don't want more is. unfortunate. would they not want to make an appointment because the value is low? I don't know... I know lying is ugly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tem preço, tirou o aparelho e deixou cheio de resina, o outro dentista até perguntou se foi um auxiliar que tirou meu aparelho, e o clareamento tb ficou péssimo. A contenção soltou um pouco e quis me cobrar para terminar de tirar. Resultado final do aparelho não foi satisfatório
There's only a price, he took the braces off and left it full of resin, the other dentist even asked if it was an assistant who took off my braces, and the bleaching was terrible too. The containment loosened a little and wanted to charge me to finish taking it off. Final result of the device was not satisfactory
