1) No edifício Chateau Place Vendome, localizado na R. Haddock Lobo, 313 reformou toda a área social e o salão de festas, com grande eficácia, restaurando o piso e reformado moveis e estofados, o que nos deu uma grande economia.
2) Reformou o meu loft neste condomínio.
3) Reformou toda a parte social do Edifício Pórtico Offices na Ministro de Godoi onde tenho uma sala.
4) Orientou a amiga Maria Helena Abdo, a conquistar um acervo de artes em quadros, o que entende profundamente
