Unfortunately it really takes infinite patience to tolerate hours , that 's right , HOURS of late appointments ! A little respect wouldn't be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima profissional, porém pra quem tem compromissos e preza a questão do horário...esquece. Nunca atende no horário, não adianta chegar antes, nem no horário. Sempre será atendida depois(bem depois) do horário no qual estava agendado. Só marquem no dia que não tiver nadaaaa pra fazer e quando estiverem com bastante paciência.
Great professional, but for those who have commitments and value the question of time ... forget it. It never works on time, it is useless to arrive earlier or on time. It will always be answered after (well after) the time it was scheduled. Only book on the day that you have nothing to do and when you have enough patience.

Great doctor! Attentive , she looks into the patient 's eye to listen ... and asks for relevant tests ... which not all gynecologists usually ask for ! Always got my medications right ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a consulta com 1 mês de antecedência e cheguei ao consultório 10 min antes do horário marcado. Outra paciente chegou minutos depois e foi atendida no meu horário, às 16h. Às vezes estava atrasada, então relevei a situação. Às 16h30 a paciente saiu e uma outra paciente, que havia chegado com atraso, alegou ser sua vez. A recepcionista disse que não, mas a médica deixou a nosso cargo (nós, pacientes) decidir quem estaria certa na situação. Para evitar problemas, já que a outra paciente estava levantando a voz, decidi não brigar por isso. Fui embora às 16h40 sem atendimento, pois tornou-se impossível deixar meu marido e filhos esperando lá embaixo por mais meia hora. Espero que possam agir com respeito a outros pacientes que respeitam seus horários e serem mais firmes com pacientes que não sabem o seu lugar. Não cabia a mim resolver com uma outra paciente quem estava certo ou errado. No fim, esperei 1 mês pela consulta pra não acontecer. Gastei combustível, estacionamento e meu tempo para nada.
I booked the appointment 1 month in advance and arrived at the office 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Another patient arrived minutes later and was seen at my time, at 4 pm. Sometimes I was late, so I let the situation go. At 4:30 pm the patient left and another patient, who had arrived late, claimed it was her turn. The receptionist said no, but the doctor left it to us (we patients) to decide who would be right in the situation. To avoid problems, since the other patient was raising her voice, I decided not to fight about it. I left at 4:40 pm without attendance, as it became impossible to leave my husband and children waiting downstairs for another half hour. I hope they can act with respect for other patients who respect their schedules and be firmer with patients who don't know their place. It was not up to me to decide with another patient who was right or wrong. In the end, I waited 1 month for the appointment to not happen. I spent fuel, parking and my time for nothing.
