★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ao chegar no local , a atendente nem se quer me deu bom dia, já foi logo perguntando se eu era Hapvida, como assim tem distinção? Se a Dra não quer atender convênio, pois ela retire a placa e atenda só particular, fiquei aguardando mais de meia hora e a Dra Karine , nem tinha chegado ainda pra atender, acho uma falta de respeito, porque eu me programei toda pra ir à consulta para não ser atendida. Falta de respeito com as pessoas.

If the Dr does not want to attend the health insurance, as she removes the plate and attends only privately, I was waiting more than half an hour and Dr Karine had not even arrived to attend, I think it is a lack of respect, because I have all programmed myself to go to the query not to be answered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma consulta para as 8:45 , esperei até as 9:30 e a msm não chegou ,tive q .andar cancelar a consulta pois muita falta de compromisso da parte da msm .
Péssima Primeira e ultima vez
Esperar quase uma hora em um consultório onde o horário é agendado.
Não recomendo
