★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência de atendimento de uma instituição médica. Compareci no consultório da barra da Tijuca -RJ. E na verdade, sequer atendimento tive. Agendamento realizado em 20/09 para uma consulta em 4/11/2021. Mais de 45 dias de antecedência. Hoje na data agendada e horário simplesmente tinham mais de 10 pessoas na minha frente para atendimento de psiquiatria. Total descaso, despreparo e negligência com o paciente. Sei que nada será feito sobre o ocorrido, pois uma instituição e principalmente um profissional de saúde comprometido jamais faria tal ato vexatório com seus pacientes. Várias reclamações escutei lá no breve momento em que expressei minha indignação. Pessoas esperando com crianças há mais de 4 horas . O meu atendimento seria iniciado então por volta de que horas ?! Meia noite 00:00?! Fui obrigado a escutar que houveram encaixes no dia. Como podem agendar encaixes na frente do meu e de vários outros agendamentos ?! Esperei por mais de 45 dias pra ser destratado dessa forma. Humilhante , vexatório! Desumano.
Worst service experience in a medical institution. I went to the office in Barra da Tijuca -RJ. And in fact, I didn't even have any assistance. Scheduling made on 20/09 for an appointment on 4/11/2021. More than 45 days in advance. Today, at the scheduled date and time, there were simply more than 10 people in front of me for psychiatric care. Total neglect, unpreparedness and negligence with the patient. I know that nothing will be done about what happened, as an institution and especially a committed health professional would never do such an embarrassing act with their patients. I heard several complaints there in the brief moment I expressed my indignation. People waiting with children for more than 4 hours. My service would start then around what time?! Midnight 00:00?! I was forced to hear that there were fits on the day. How can they schedule slots in front of mine and many other schedules?! I waited for over 45 days to be treated like this. Humiliating, vexing! Inhuman.
