Horrible office (needs refurbishment and cleaning), thick clerk, bad dialing system and that generates a lot of delay. I gave up on this pediatrician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa pediatra, atenciosa, dedicada aos nossos babys. Só fiquei decepcionada pq ela disse que o plano não cobre mais os serviços dela(liguei p sulamerica e o mesmo fala q atende ainda) e a mesma me deixou sem consulta e desassistidas. Fiquei sem pediatra por um mês.
Good pediatrician, attentive, dedicated to our babys. I was just disappointed because she said that the plan no longer covers her services (I called Sulamerica and she says she still answers) and she left me without consultation and unassisted. I was without a pediatrician for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultório Horroroso, atendimento horroroso, Doutora tem uma atitude ridícula com atrasos mínimos.
Tive uma experiência péssima lá, o sistema caiu esperei quase duas 2h com um Recém-nascido e no final de tudo não fui atendido! NÃO RECOMENDO, APENAS FOGE DESSE LUGAR!
obs: Nem copo descartável tinha para beber água em um sol de 40 graus que fazia em Campo Grande!
Horrible office, horrible service, Doctor has a ridiculous attitude with minimal delays.
I had a bad experience there, the system went down, I waited almost 2 hours with a Newborn and in the end I was not attended to! DO NOT RECOMMEND, JUST SKIP THIS PLACE!
Note: There was not even a disposable cup to drink water in a 40 degree sun that was in Campo Grande!
