Pra passar com ela, começa quando chega no consultório, ela não deixa subir. vc fica na espera la em baixo do prédio (na garagem), e não é pelo fato de ter pessoas na espera do consultório, pq nunca tem ninguém la em cima. Fiz um procedimento com ela, fiz toda radiografia, qdo terminei o tratamento solicitei a radiografia de volta, pois não deixa de ser um documento, e ela se recusou a devolver. Agora na tentativa de dar outra chance, fiz um agendamento, a secretaria muito mal educada e mal preparada para atendimento a pacientes, me retornou a ligação informando que ela não iria me atender por motivos do passado. Quais? dela não querer entregar minha documentação? absurdo a falta de profissionalismo da dentista.

I did a procedure with her, I did all the radiography, when I finished the treatment I requested the radiography back, because it is still a document, and she refused to return it. Now, in an attempt to give another chance, I made an appointment, the secretary was very rude and ill-prepared for patient care, she returned the call saying that she would not attend me for reasons of the past. Which are? she doesn't want to deliver my documentation? absurd the lack of professionalism of the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui indicada para arrancar o dente do siso, quando conversei com a secretaria perguntei se aceitava o meu plano e ela me disse que eu teria que fazer o orçamento e não me respondeu, fui na data marcada e fiquei esperando, quando me chamaram me falaram que eu deveria pagar R$ 120,00 para a Dra olhar meu dente e depois me dar um orçamento. Eu perguntei pq não foi me informado isso tudo antes pois eu poderia não ter condições de pagar para arrancar dependendo do valor já que eu tenho plano dentário, a secretaria entrou na sala chamou a Dra que saiu alterada e falando que não trabalha de graça e que era pra eu procurar outro profissional que trabalhe de graça, eu fui tão maltratada e constrangida que sai de lá quase chorando. Eu só queria ter sido avisada de como funcionava antes.
I was recommended to have the wisdom tooth removed, when I talked to the secretary I asked if she would accept my plan and she told me I would have to budget and she didn't answer me, I went on the scheduled date and I waited, when they called me they told me that I should pay R$120.00 for Dr to look at my teeth and then give me a budget. I asked why I wasn't informed of all this before because I might not be able to pay to start it up depending on the value since I have a dental plan, the secretary came into the room called the Doctor who left changed and saying that she doesn't work for free and that I was supposed to look for another professional who works for free, I was so mistreated and embarrassed that I left there almost crying. I just wish I had been told how it worked before.
