Muito cheio, para se ter noção:
Fui para o horário da tarde 14:00, cheguei ao consultório às 10:00 e consegui ser o número 4 da fila, e a Dra atendeu às 15:00.
A Dra é boa, mas você ao fazer o preventivo, ainda tem que levar a coleta em um laboratório e pagar do próprio bolso.

Too full, to get a sense:
I went to the afternoon time 14:00, arrived at the office at 10:00 and managed to be number 4 in the queue, and the doctor answered at 15:00.
The Dra is good, but when you do the preventive, you still have to take the collection in a laboratory and pay from your own pocket.
