★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, a dra Priscila é extremamente cuidadosa, escuta tudo com muita atenção. Pede bastante exames, mas explica o porque de cada um. Explica detalhadamente cada resultado, responde todas as suas dúvidas, não tem pressa no atendimento. E o melhor, ela abre a agenda em alguns sábados pra conseguir atender todos os pacientes.
 Excellent service, Dr. Priscila is extremely careful, listens very carefully. He asks for a lot of tests, but explains why each one. Explains each result in detail, answers all your doubts, is in no hurry to attend. And best of all, she opens the agenda on some Saturdays to be able to attend all patients.

Passei muitos e muitos dias para conseguir MARCAR a consulta para quase 2 meses pra frente. Agora quero confirmar dia e horário da consulta e não consigo contato novamente. Não respondem Whatsapp, não atendem telefone. Não quero mais passar por consulta num lugar que atende a gente como lixo desse jeito!

I spent many, many days to get an appointment for almost 2 months ahead. Now I want to confirm the day and time of the appointment and I am unable to contact you again. Don't answer Whatsapp, don't answer phone. I no longer want to go through a consultation in a place that serves us like garbage like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional bastante competente, sana todas as dúvidas e executa um ótimo atendimento, porém para marcar uma consulta é um pouco demorado e as vezes a mesma é desmarcada sem motivo óbvio, mas fora isso eu recomendo!

Super difícil agendar consulta, quando agenda a secretaria entra em contato em cima pra desmarcar alegando que a Dra não atende no horário agendado, oiiiii? como não atende se quem marcou foi você? depois de muita briga, me atendeu online, pediu pra passar pra retirar a receita e quando você vai retirar, a recepcionista quer que eu diga o que e Dra me receitou? Não tem acompanhamento de consulta e tratamento? Uma total falta de ética e respeito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dra Priscila é otima!! atendimento muito bom e muito carinhosa e acolhedora... mas onatebdimento telefônico não funciona.... não pode agendar pelo whats, mas não consegue atendimento no telefone... um número só chama e o outro só ocupado... horas tentando ligar pra agendar...
Dr Priscilla is great!! very good service and very affectionate and welcoming... but the telephone service doesn't work.... can't schedule by whats, but can't answer on the phone... one number just calls and the other just busy... hours trying to call to schedule...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificuldade de agendar e fico triste de ter que avaliar mal sem nem ao menos ter falado com a médica, mas ela é responsável por sua equipe e o atendimento começa no agendamento.
Consegui que me atendesse o telefone, no meio de setembro, porém não agendaram, pediram pra eu retornar em 06/10 pois apenas nessa data abriria a agenda. Desde então, ligo incansavelmente o dia inteiro e não atendem.
É uma falta de respeito e humilhante.
