★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada profissional, marquei a consulta e algumas horas antes foi desmarcada com a informação que a Dra. teve imprevisto, pedi uma remarcação mais fui informada que não tinha agenda se eu quisesse podia ter uma tele chama que no qual iria verificar com a Dra. a disponibilidade.
Iria realizar exame na consulta questionado sobre isso a resposta foi não tem agenda se quiser pode ser via tele chamada no qual ficou claro que seria somente para não perder o valor da consulta pois preocupação com o cliente é zero, questionei que como eles tinham cancelado em cima da hora para dar um encaixe mais próximo mais não, infelizmente é antiprofissional mesmo, não recomendo a ninguém
 Nothing professional, I made the appointment and a few hours before it was canceled with the information that the Dr. had an unforeseen event, I asked for a rescheduling but I was informed that there was no agenda, if I wanted, I could have a telecall in which I would check with Dr. a availability.
I was going to carry out an exam in the consultation, when asked about it, the answer was there is no agenda if you want, it can be via tele call in which it was clear that it would only be so as not to lose the value of the consultation because there is zero concern for the customer, I asked how they had canceled in at the last minute to give a closer fit but no, unfortunately it's unprofessional, I don't recommend it to anyone
