Excellent professional, but the secretary is mocked and seems to have a schedule with some patients, because I can't make an appointment when I open the agenda. I start calling at 9 am and am only answered in the afternoon, when there is no more space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheci a médica, mas achei a secretária muito arrogante. Eu reconheço meu erro pois atrasei 10 minutos para o atendimento por conta do engarrafamento inesperado em Niterói. Mas estava a muito tempo marcada e meu exame era de extrema necessidade. A secretária basicamente me tratou com maior desprezo e não conseguiu vaga em um dia próximo para mim e me colocou em outro mês, e de verdade, nem parecia que ela tinha interesse em me ajudar. Olha, sinceramente, me senti muito desprezada, pois além de já estar sofrendo com ansiedade vi o total desinteresse de uma pessoa em me ajudar em um momento tão difícil para mim. Sai de lá chorando de raiva, pois fiquei chocada com a total frieza no atendimento. E embora eu não conheça a médica, espero que ela seja ótima assim como em outras avaliações do google.
I didn't know the doctor, but I found the secretary very arrogant. I acknowledge my mistake because I delayed 10 minutes for the service due to the unexpected traffic jam in Niterói. But it had been scheduled for a long time and my exam was in dire need. The secretary basically treated me with more contempt and couldn't get a job the next day for me and put me in another month, and really, it didn't even seem like she was interested in helping me. Look, honestly, I felt very scorned, because besides being already suffering with anxiety I saw a person's total disinterest in helping me in such a difficult time for me. I left there crying with rage, because I was shocked by the total coldness in the service. And although I don't know the doctor, I hope she is great just like other google reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a dois meses tentando marcar consulta inclusive hoje ainda estou tentando desde 9 horas da manhã (sem parar), mas quando o telefone não da linha ocupada a secretaria não atende, só atende na parte da tarde quando não tem mais vagas disponíveis.... A Médica foi recomendada como uma execelente profissional pela minha cardiologista mas é impossível marcar! Caso eu consiga a marcação volto para mudar minha avaliação.
I've been trying to make an appointment for two months, and today I'm still trying since 9 am (non-stop), but when the phone is not on the busy line, the secretary doesn't answer, it only answers in the afternoon when there are no more places available... The Doctor was recommended as an excellent professional by my cardiologist but it is impossible to make an appointment! If I get the appointment, I'll come back to change my rating.
