Mas o pré atendimento na recepção foi o pior.
A falta de ética no atendimento telefônico e a forma como a recepcionista fala com os pacientes da Doutora.
Infelizmente o atendimento começa na recepção também.
O Respeito, empatia, simpatia e cordialidade é tudo em qualquer estabelecimento comecial , público ou privado.
É simples assim:' É só se colocar no lugar do outro".
The service with the doctors, very good !!!
But the pre attendance at reception was the worst.
The lack of ethics in the telephone service and the way the receptionist talks to the doctor's patients.
Unfortunately the service starts at the reception too.
Respect, empathy, friendliness and warmth are everything in any commercial establishment, public or private.
It's that simple: 'Just put yourself in the other's shoes'.
