★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pais não podem acompanhar as crianças dentro do consultório. Minha filha de 5 anos tem pavor da Dr Sandra, tive que procurar outra profissional, e essa por sua vez , minha filha ama.
Parents cannot accompany children inside the office. My 5 year old daughter is terrified of Dr Sandra, I had to look for another professional, and this in turn, my daughter loves it.

Péssimo atendimento, a "Dra." Sandra Vantini não é nada profissional, começa por não deixar que os pais acompanhem os filhos menores (o meu tem 5 anos) dentro do consultório. Segundo, que fazem o procedimento MAL feito para vc voltar e ter que refazer e pagar novamente, terceiro que são 0 empatia, não toleram 15 minutos de atraso. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO e Estou abrindo uma Reclamação no CRO.

Bad service, "Dr." Sandra Vantini is unprofessional, she starts by not letting parents accompany their younger children (mine is 5 years old) inside the office. Second, that they do the MAL procedure done for you to come back and have to redo and pay again, third that they are 0 empathy, they don't tolerate 15 minutes of delay. NEVER COMING BACK and I'm opening a Claim with the CRO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 1 estrela pois não cheguei a consultar meu filho com ela , já Desmarquei a consulta assim que soube ela não permite pais ou responsável pela criança acompanhar a criança dentro consultório em todas as consultas, não achei certo, meu filho tem só 4 aninhos.
I gave 1 star because I didn't get to consult my son with her, I already canceled the appointment as soon as I found out she doesn't allow parents or guardians of the child to accompany the child inside the office in all consultations, I didn't think it was right, my son is only 4 years old.

Dentista de péssima qualidade, não faz os procedimentos de maneira correta, fiz uma restauração no dente do meu filho que já caiu mais de 4 vezes sempre tinha que retornar pra ela arrumar e assim passava o procedimento mais uma vez no convenio. E também não deixa as crianças serem acompanhadas pelos pais, um ABSURDO!!! Não retorno mais, já troquei de dentista. Atendimento da Secretária/Assistente de dentista péssimo também. Consultório caindo aos pedaços. Não recomendo ninguém ter essa experiência horrível!!!
NEVER COME BACK. Poor quality dentist, doesn't do the procedures correctly, I did a restoration on my son's tooth that has already fallen out more than 4 times I always had to return to her to fix it and so I went through the procedure once again in the agreement. And it also doesn't let the children be accompanied by their parents, an ABSURD!!! I won't go back, I've already changed dentists. Service from the secretary/dentist assistant is also terrible. Office falling apart. I do not recommend anyone to have this horrible experience!!!
