★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das piores experiências que tive, a pessoa muito, mais muito mau educada, não faz o trabalho com amor, e parece que está nos fazendo um favor, e os procedimentos não são nada agradáveis, muita brutalidade, organização passou longe, e ainda chama atenção da secretária na frente dos clientes como se fossemos obrigados a presenciar tal ato, e ainda mais com a cara de mal humor, não recomendo, não recomendo, não recomendo, ela precisar aprender primeiro a lidar com pessoas, e ter mais reciprocidade. E assim a pessoa perde mais um cliente, precisa também fazer uma reciclagem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médica mal educada! Agendei um orçamento e a mesma me informou por telefone que SE POSSÍVEL não trazer acompanhante. No meu caso precisei pois sou lactante e não tinha com quem deixar minha bebê de 6 meses. Chegamos junto com a médica e antes de entrar na clínica já foi extremamente indelicada perguntando se meu pai estava agendado (se estivesse poderia “aglomerar”, mas segurando um bebê, não... né?) Nos sentimos mal com o tratamento e logo pedi pra cancelar e a médica simplesmente começou a debochar enquanto abria o portão para sairmos. E olha que como cliente apenas falei que ela deveria ter bom senso e ver que eu estava com uma bebê. Se eu tivesse com quem deixar não levaria minha filha 8 horas da manhã junto comigo! Nunca, em nenhum estabelecimento fui tratada dessa forma! Mal educada! Por telefone quando pedi um ponto de referência também foi mal educada informando que Diadema só tem um carrefour (agora tenho obrigação de saber se tem só um também, sendo que nem de SP eu sou) Enfim, melhor fechar as portas né? porque amor pelo que faz parece que não tem, visto que trata mal por telefone e pessoalmente.

And look, as a customer, I just said that she should have common sense and see that I was with a baby. If I had someone to leave with, I wouldn't take my daughter 8 in the morning with me! I have never been treated this way in any establishment! Rude! By phone when I asked for a reference point, she was also rude saying that Diadema only has one carrefour (now I have an obligation to know if there is only one too, even if I am not from SP) Anyway, better to close the doors, right? because love for what you do seems not to have, since you treat badly over the phone and in person.
