Marquei uma consulta pra limpeza de tártaro pelo plano, a profissional veio me atender de chinelo de dedo, me colocou um avental de plástico que nem sei se foi higienizado direito (geralmente usam papel que é descartável), ela quis fazer o serviço rápido (já que a consulta estava quase com 1 hora de atraso e tinha outro paciente esperando) e acabou sendo super bruta, machucou a minha gengiva, fez um trabalho muito mal feito e nem tirou bem o tártaro, ainda me causando dor. Meu dentista fora do plano nunca me atendeu dessa maneira. Quis tentar pelo plano por conta do custo, mas jamais voltaria no consultório dessa dentista. Não recomendo
I didn't like the service. I made an appointment for cleaning tartar by the plan, the professional came to meet me with a slipper, put me a plastic apron that I do not know if it was properly cleaned (usually use paper that is disposable), she wanted to do the service fast (already that the appointment was almost 1 hour late and had another patient waiting) and ended up being super gross, hurt my gum, did a very bad job and did not take the tartar well, still causing me pain. My off-plan dentist never met me that way. I wanted to try the plan for the cost, but I would never go back to this dentist's office. I do not recommend
