★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não se consegue marcar nem uma consulta pois a secretária (que se identificou como Aline) marca para um dia, chega no dia diz que foi no dia anterior. Remarca mais uma vez para dias depois dizendo que a Dra. está com agenda lotada, quando chega no dia marcado diz que a Dra. cancelou e não pode vir devido a um problema com o filho. Pergunto quanto tem horário, diz que a Dra. está atendendo e não tem como saber (ué, a Dra. não tinha se ausentado por causa do filho...)... Muito suspeito o comportamento da secretária, talvez o CRO consiga entrar em contato direto com a Dra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no dia 05/11 e marquei uma consulta para o dia 23 para mim e dia 27 para minha filha. Confirmei meus dados mas esqueci de passar os dados da minha filha. Hoje dia 20/11 a atendente pede para confirmar a minha consulta, confirmo, e me informa que não reservou a da minha filha no dia 27 e se poderia ser dia 07.
Olha tudo bem a Dra. ter uma agenda cheia e isso significa que, possivelmente, ela é uma boa profissional mas se vocês não fazem questão de manter 2 clientes/pacientes não sou eu que irei.
Minha avaliação é do atendimento não da Dra., logo, 3 estrelas.
I called on 11/05 and made an appointment for the 23rd for me and the 27th for my daughter. I confirmed my details but forgot to pass on my daughter's details. Today 11/20 the attendant asks to confirm my appointment, I confirm, and informs me that she did not reserve my daughter's on the 27th and if it could be on the 7th.
It looks all right for Dr. to have a full schedule and that means that, possibly, she is a good professional but if you do not insist on keeping 2 clients / patients, I am not going to go.
My assessment is of the service not of the Dra., Therefore, 3 stars.
