★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de atrasar de 40 minutos a 1h em uma das consultas, fui cobrado em $300 pela Dra.Thais para conseguir uma receita, de um tratamento já iniciado há 4 meses, pelo plano de saúde e por ela mesma. Mesmo eu estando 10 dias sem a medicação, por atrasos em decorrência da pandemia, a única solução me oferecida pela Thais e suas atendentes foi pagar o valor de $300 para conseguir a receita. Fui obrigado a cancelar o tratamento no meio e procurar uma profissional. Minha experiência com ela foi de total desrespeito ao paciente e ao tratamento indicado por ela mesma.
In addition to delaying 40 minutes to 1 hour in one of the consultations, I was charged $ 300 by Dr. Thais to get a prescription, from a treatment that started 4 months ago, by the health plan and by herself. Even though I was 10 days without medication, due to delays due to the pandemic, the only solution offered to me by Thais and her attendants was to pay the amount of $ 300 to get the prescription. I was forced to cancel the treatment in the middle and look for a professional. My experience with her was total disrespect for the patient and the treatment she indicated.
