A secretária diz que ela não está atendendo por conta do covide, mas se a consulta for particular ela atende, eu fiz a Amil dental só porque o seu consultório atende. Dra.Valma, porque as pessoas que pagam no particular não passam covide e quem tem plano passa. Muito injusto da sua parte abandonar os seus pacientes dessa forma, é melhor ser sincera e dizer que não quer mais atender quem tem plano.
I really like the service, but since last year, I haven't been able to schedule it for me and my family. The secretary says that she is not attending because of the covide, but if the consultation is private she attends, I did Amil dental only because her office attends. Dr. Valma, because people who pay privately do not pass covide and those with plans do. It is very unfair of you to abandon your patients in this way, it is better to be sincere and say that you no longer want to assist those with plans.
