★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone realmente não atende durante o dia. Percebi que só atende depois das 16:30. Funcionou CMG nos dois dias que liguei. Só atendeu depois desse horário. Fui lá, fui super bem atendida. Segurança super simpático e resolveram oq eu queria.

Acho que o melhor a fazer é ir até o local transmitindo ou recepcionando virus uns para os outros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone central não atende, a secretaria eletrônica não permite seguir com a ligação, por diversas vezes repetindo a mesma informação, envio e-mail e ninguém responde, para atendimento presencial tem que agendar, mas como agendar se ninguém atende o telefone?
Enquanto eles brincam nossas crianças ficam sem suporte... como dar uma educação de direito se não temos apoio nenhum do órgão público?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsável. Não resolve nada faz 5 anos eles sempre falam a mesma coisa. Nunca resolve. Tentando coloca minhas filha na mesma escola e eles não resolvem. É melhor contratar usn robôs pra repedir a mesma coisa do que pagar salários pra esse funcionário que não resolvem nada. É n rebecer salário sem trabalhar. Um lixo deveria fechar. A avaliação não chega 2 de tantas reclamações. Tem tomar vergonha na cara de atualizar esse sistema pq já é antigo.
Irresponsible. It hasn't solved anything for 5 years they always say the same thing. It never solves. Trying to put my daughter in the same school and they don't solve it. It's better to hire usn robots to repeat the same thing than pay salaries to this employee that doesn't solve anything. It's n receiving salary without working. A dump should close. The review is not enough 2 out of so many complaints. You have to be ashamed to update this system because it is already old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,a gente liga para agendar um atendimento presencial e eles não te deixam nem falar ,já te dispensa dizendo que não vai resolver ir até lá ... Não querem ter trabalho com absolutamente nada ... aliás não sei oq estão fazendo lá,nunca podem resolver nada.
Terrible service, we call to schedule a face-to-face service and they don't even let you talk, they dismiss you saying they won't decide to go there... They don't want to have work with absolutely nothing... in fact, I don't know what they're doing there , can never solve anything.

Falam que tem que agendar vc liga no número que nos dão e não sai daquela secretaria eletrônica que é um cara que só pela voz dele desanima, vc aperta a opção que precisa e simplesmente volta toda hora no início, um atendimento bufado que não funciona só faz a gente se estressar. Aí vai pressoalmente faz aquele escândalo fala que somos errados ainda. UM LIXO odeio depender desses tipos de órgãos que não funcionam pra ninguém
Impossible to get service at this place. They say you have to schedule you call the number they give us and don't leave that answering machine who is a guy who just because of his voice is discouraged, you press the option you need and just come back all the time at the beginning, a snorted service that doesn't work only makes us stressed. Then he goes right away, he makes that scandal, he says we're still wrong. A TRASH I hate depending on these types of organs that don't work for anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal vi muita reclamação sobre o atendimento telefônico, pode ser que no horário de mais movimento eles não conseguem atender a demanda, liguei após as 16: 30 e fui atendido muito bem por um funcionário, agora terei que ir lá pessoalmente pra resolver meu problema, vamos ver como é.

Já faz mais de 1 ano que solicitei a transferência do meu filho da CEI que ele está matriculado, devido a distância, para uma CEI que fica no final da rua em que moramos e nunca tivemos um retorno, sempre dizem que não têm vaga, porém várias pessoas com filhos na mesma idade os colocaram nessa unidade. É um verdadeiro descaso, somos encaminhados para longe, sendo que temos unidades praticamente ao lado de casa, quando tentamos ligar para ver quais os procedimentos para tentar agilizar o processo, ninguém atende ou responde os emails..
