Você manda uma mensagem pro WhatsApp demoram horrores pra responder,pra atender ligações é pior aínda
Podiam deixar pelo menos uma pessoa responsável por isso.
The phone service is terrible
You send a message to WhatsApp, they take horrors to answer, to answer calls is even worse
They could leave at least one person responsible for that.

Good service, lots of variety and affordable price, I love this store to buy many things. Although it is half hidden from you to find it easy. Just because it's not a store that gets crowded is great, so you can look for things with ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem estive na loja às 16:30 para comprar um balão personalizado, a menina responsável pelo atendimento dos balões disse que não poderia me atender naquele momento porque ela estaria indo tomar café que eu teria que aguardar 15 minutos. Fui fazer outras coisas no centro de Caxias, e voltei na loja as 17:55 dessa vez ela não pode me atender pq ela estaria indo embora as 18:00h, assinou a folha de ponto na minha frente e não me atendeu. Lamentável uma loja tão grande ter uma única funcionária que saiba fazer esse serviço. E a funcionária não parece interessada.
Yesterday I was at the store at 4:30 pm to buy a personalized balloon, the girl in charge of the balloons said that she could not attend to me at that moment because she would be going to have breakfast and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I went to do other things in downtown Caxias, and I came back to the store at 5:55 pm this time she couldn't answer me because she would be leaving at 6:00 pm, she signed the time sheet in front of me and didn't answer me. It is unfortunate that such a large store has a single employee who knows how to do this service. And the clerk doesn't seem interested.
