★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa falhou na reserva do nosso hotel em Miami e fomos obrigados a usar o cartão de crédito. A situação foi constrangedora e por sorte existia vaga no hotel. O retorno não veio de forma imediata e passamos por momentos preocupantes com a família. Até o momento não conseguimos contato com o pessoal para saber sobre a restituição do valor pago. The company failed to reserve our hotel in Miami and we were required to use the credit card. The situation was embarrassing and luckily there was a vacancy in the hotel. The return did not come immediately and we went through worrying moments with the family. At this time we have not been able to contact the staff to inquire about the refund of the amount paid.
