★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o CFC para perguntar se eram credenciados pelo Detran porque eu não estava conseguindo encontrar o nome deles na lista. Ficaram o tempo todo na defensiva e rindo, agindo de maneira ignorante. Não souberam me atender de maneira profissional e muito menos conseguiram explicar o porque de não estar conseguindo encontrar o nome.
Liguei para perguntar se o nome fantasia era mesmo "Parada Obrigatória" não me responderam, por falta de conhecimento sobre a própria empresa que trabalham.
Fiquei desconfortável, e ao invés de responderem a pergunta com segurança, foram pessoas extremamente inseguras tentando provar valor superior em relação ao cliente.
I called the CFC to ask if they were accredited by Detran because I couldn't find their name on the list. They were all the time defensive and laughing, acting ignorantly. They didn't know how to take care of me in a professional way, much less were able to explain why I wasn't able to find the name.
I called to ask if the fancy name was really "Obligatory Stop" they didn't answer me, due to lack of knowledge about the company they work for.
I was uncomfortable, and instead of answering the question confidently, it was extremely insecure people trying to prove superior value to the customer.
