★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não existe atendimento por telefone, nunca consegui fazer um pedido, nunca tem o remédio que vc precisa e sempre tentam te vender outro que dizem que é similar e pra finalizar, sempre tentam te vender algum tipo de vitamina sem necessidade.

Fomos no domingo fazer o teste de Covid 19,chegando lá o atendente informou que so na segunda de 8:00 as 18:00 até ai tudo bem .chegando na segunda pra fazer o teste as 12:00 o funcionário avisa que so depois das 14:20 porque estava no horário de almoço. Porque ele nao avisou, que tinham intervalo .
Funcionários despreparados para tal função !
Se nâo quiser passar raiva ,vai na Araujo mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a farmácia ontem no horário do almoço para realizar um teste de covid-19 e não havia ninguém para realizá-lo. Fui informado que devia voltar a tarde e que haveria atendimento até às 19:30. Retornei às 18h e já não havia como realizar. Desta forma, precisei ir hoje às 7:30 da manhã, esperar ainda mais uma hora para realizá-lo, perder 1h de trabalho e mesmo assim, o resultado que vocês prometem na hora, saiu só em 2h. Ou seja, ainda perdi meu horário de almoço para buscá-lo. Falta de cuidado, mal atendimento e zelo com os clientes. Nas próximas vezes, farei em outros concorrentes, porque pra ser tratado como no SUS, é melhor fazer o exame por lá mesmo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o cliente, vendedores mentirosos, gerente que não resolve nada ainda faz jacota, não índico a ninguém, principalmente se precisar de remédio manipulado, você paga antecipado e não recebe o remédio no dia marcado e quando você cobra eles inventam histórias, que o moto boy se acidentou, que ele esqueceu seu pedido no baú ou que o erro foi da logística de entrega, mais na verdade acabei descobrindo indo lá pessoalmente para pedir meu dinheiro de volta de tanto esperar o medicamento, que eles tinham enviado minha receita no dia que ele marcaram de eu buscar o medicamento, isto me deixou furiosa pois entreguei a receita e paguei a quatro dias antes. Poriso não aconselho a ninguém mais a comprar na droga clara da Av Bernardo Vasconcelos pois vai passar muita ra iva e perder seu dinheiro.
