★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde , já fui cliente da droga clara por quase cinco ano...fui a loja e solicitei um manipulado de um remédio importante ...a previsão da retirada do produto era 17/12 e fui dia 20 de dezembro...o atendimento foi um horror e o remédio não foi manipulado como o combinado...depois de ter ficado muito irritada , tive que esperar o gerente ...no final ele pediu desculpas e falou que ia estornar o valor ,coisa que até hj não aconteceu e ainda ficou com o meu cupom fiscal., espero nunca mais passar por isso...
 Good afternoon, I've been a client of the clear drug for almost five years...I went to the store and asked for a manipulation of an important medicine...the expected withdrawal of the product was 12/17 and I went on December 20...the service was horrible and the medicine was not handled as agreed...after getting very angry, I had to wait for the manager...in the end he apologized and said he was going to reverse the amount, something that hasn't happened until today and still got my tax coupon., i hope i never go through that again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone que fica "ocupado" de 10:30 da manhã até 15:00 horas. Oi? É mais fácil tirar uai, já que não tem funcionário pra atender! Péssimo atendimento loja física, telefone sem comentários. Deveriam rever o quadro de funcionários, se não estão satisfeitos com trabalho, sai e dá lugar pra quem quer trabalhar, simples! Poupa cliente de passar por certos aborrecimentos
Phone that is "busy" from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Hi? It's easier to take iau, since there's no employee to attend! Bad service physical store, phone no comments. They should review the staff, if they are not satisfied with work, leave and make room for those who want to work, simple! Save customer from going through certain hassles

Great service but there are queues. moderately priced but overpriced. Salespeople try to sell what the customer doesn't need they are very insistent. did not like .

Só comprei porque o medicamento não tinha em nenhuma outra drogaria. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I bought a medicine at 7:29 am and the medicine was delivered at 4:20 pm.
I only bought it because the drug was not available in any other drugstore. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem o prazo de entrega do medicamento manipulado. O meu era pra estar pronto sábado. Fui buscar na segunda e não estava pronto. Ficaram de entregar na minha casa e hoje já é quinta feira e até agora não recebi nada. Horrível o compromisso com cliente
They do not meet the delivery deadline of the manipulated drug. Mine was supposed to be ready on Saturday. I went to pick it up on Monday and it wasn't ready. They had to be delivered to my house and today is Thursday and so far I have not received anything. Horrible customer engagement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida nessa loja da Caetés por uma senhorinha de óculos de nome Alessandra,fez um cartão em meu nome sem eu pedir ,dizendo se tratar apenas de um cadastro da loja, pedi para cancelar e ela não cancelou, me causando vários transtornos. Essa atendente além de tudo é muito intrometida,desagradável e grossa, quando pedi ela para cancelar o cartão,ela jogou o cesto no balcão e falou que eu não queria só por causa da anuidade,e o fato foi que em momento algum eu pedi cartão de crédito algum,cobrando anuidade ou não. Já fui diversas vezes nessa loja e normalmente os atendentes são educados, foi a primeira vez que fui tratada tão mal. Acredito que para essa atendente Alessandra não foi dado o mesmo treinamento que para os outros, ou os bons modos ela não tenha aprendido em casa

This attendant is also very nosy, unpleasant and rude, when I asked her to cancel the card, she threw the basket on the counter and said that I didn't want it just because of the annual fee, and the fact was that at no time did I ask for a card of any credit, charging an annuity or not. I've been to this store several times and usually the attendants are polite, it was the first time I was treated so badly. I believe that this attendant Alessandra was not given the same training as the others, or good manners she did not learn at home.
