★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 06/04/2020 realizei um pedido de uma lata de leite, conseguiram mandar meu pedido errado além do leite mandaram dois remédios. O motoboy me disse que teria de levar tudo de volta pra arrumarem a notinha. As 19:30 entrei em contato e me disseram que ja tinha saido para entrega esperei e nada. As 20:30 entrei em contato de novo de novo me disseram que o motoboy havia acabado de sair pra me entregar o leite. As 21:20 liguei la de novo e me disseram que o leite ainda estava la nao havia saido pra entrega. Oi? Como pode uma drogaria ter tanta falta de respeito assim, o leite da minha filha acabou e nao vieram entregar, fiquei com tanta raiva por esse desrespeito que cancelei o pedido. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo. Falta de respeito total com o cliente
Today 04/04/2020 I placed an order for a can of milk, they managed to send my wrong order in addition to milk they sent two medicines. The courier told me that I would have to take everything back to fix the note. At 19:30 I got in touch and was told that I had already left for delivery I waited and nothing. At 8:30 pm I got in touch again and told me that the courier had just left to deliver the milk. At 21:20 I called it again and I was told that the milk was still there had not left for delivery. Hi? How can a drugstore have such a lack of respect like that, my daughter's milk ran out and they didn't come to deliver, I was so angry for this disrespect that I canceled the order. Lousy service, lousy. Lack of total respect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No whatsapp dizem que o prazo para entregas de pedidos é de 120 minutos, no Google 4 horas. Você entra em contato pra fazer o pedido 17:30 e recebe as coisas 20:43. Ninguém te dá uma satisfação de nada. É complicado, tirem logo as entregas já que o atendimento não é bom...
