★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci nessa farmácia e ao fazer minha compra disseram que o sistema estava com problema, até aí Ok, então passaram meu cartão quatro vezes, sendo que foi cobrado duas vezes o valor da minha compra.
Quando voltei e solicitei o valor cobrado a mais fizeram descaso para devolver o valor.
Absurdo com o cliente... Não recomendo essa farmácia, só dei uma estrela para conseguir expressar minha insatisfação.
 I attended this pharmacy and when making my purchase they said that the system was in trouble, so far Okay, so they passed my card four times, and I was charged twice the amount of my purchase.
When I came back and asked for the amount charged more they neglected to return the amount.
Absurd with the client ... I do not recommend this pharmacy, I only gave it a star to express my dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em época de pandemia, cliente sem máscara obrigatória comprando medicamentos pra mãe, questionando marca e preço. Funcionário do caixa orientando que tal medicamento pode ser gratuito, foi buscar formulário, conversando, a fila esperando pq não havia outro caixa. Finalmente outro funcionário abriu caixa, paguei sai e a cliente sem máscara ficou la!
In a pandemic season, a client without a mandatory mask buying medication for his mother, questioning brand and price. Cashier employee advising that such medication can be free, went to get a form, talking, the queue waiting because there was no other cashier. Finally another employee opened the box, I paid and the client without a mask was there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um medicamento injetável, fui fazer a aplicação sendo que comprei o medicamento com vocês, a atendente quis me cobrar o valor 3x a mais na aplicação sendo que o medicamento foi comprado mediante ao CPF no convênio; o estranho é que não está constando no sistema da drogaria o estranho é que foi comprado com o CPF , tinha que consta no sistema e não estava voltei com dor pois só tinha o valor que por direto quando se compra o medicamento na loja , não teve o compromisso com o cliente.

Sempre 1 só pessoa no caixa, o que dificulta bastante, favor melhorarem coloquem mais atendentes por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vazia, mas demora mais que o normal pra comprar qq coisa. Falta funcionário e vontade pra ser uma Drogaria SP da vida... Passe reto se estiver com pressa. 2 atendendo e batendo papo com cliente pra passar uma impressão de ótima pra uns, e péssima pra maioria que espera na fila.
