★ ★ ★ ★ ★ farmácia boa mas deveria ter um pouco de atenção deveria ter espaço revesado para estacionamento as outras tem um espaço para estacionar tem que deixar o carro longe me parece q reservado para vendedores ambulantes mal mente dar para ver a farmácia
 good pharmacy but there should be a little attention there should be space covered for parking the others have a space to park have to leave the car far away it seems to me q reserved for street vendors hardly mind seeing the pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é Premium,?? descontos incríveis de até 30 reais. Eu só compro lá , o ruim é que não tem estacionamento, tem que deixar o carro longe e ir andando até lá, vou dar 4 estrelas por causa do estacionamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento fui super maltratada , estava aguardando na fila a algum tempo e ninguem me informou que era necessário senha! Veio uma mulher super ignorante e disse que so iria atender se tivesse com senha... mas ninguem informou e não tem nada mostrando que eu precisaria de uma senha pra ser atendida .. achei desnecessário o jeito que ela me falou, esperava um atendimento melhor! Que a farmácia possa pelo menos orientar os clientes sobre senha ou que isso seja mais claro ao chegar no ambiente!
I did not like the service I was super abused, I was waiting in line for some time and no one informed me that a password was needed! A super ignorant woman came and said that she would only answer if she had a password ... but nobody informed her and there is nothing showing that I would need a password to be answered .. I thought it unnecessary the way she told me, I expected better service ! That the pharmacy can at least guide customers on password or that this is clearer when arriving at the environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Farmácia disponibiliza um serviço de whatsapp, porém, lê a mensagem e não responde, após uma segunda cobrança 4 horas depois responde que não é possível entregar mais hoje, quem está em casa doente precisando do remédio precisa desse tipo de serviço. Atendimento péssimo! Não utilizem.
The Pharmacy offers a WhatsApp service, however, it reads the message and does not respond, after a second charge 4 hours later it responds that it is not possible to deliver any more today, anyone who is sick at home needing the medicine needs this type of service. Terrible service! Don't use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no balcão para retirar compra feita pela Internet, o painel eletrônico tocou e vi que precisava de senha, fiquei procurando e como não estava encontrando, o atendente Geovane saiu do balcão até mim e me mostrou, retornando rapidamente. Observei o atendimento dele enquanto aguardava a minha vez e percebi como é atencioso, observador e gentil com todos mesmo estando no final do expediente. Na minha vez, como precisava colocar dados no computador, gentilmente girou o monitor para que eu acompanhasse os passos! Foi o melhor atendimento que eu recebi em tantos anos que frequento a droga raia! Se eu fosse o diretor da rede, contrataria o Geovane para fazer o treinamento de todos os funcionários da rede, com certeza seria o diferencial que fidelizaria muitos clientes!
I arrived at the counter to withdraw a purchase made over the Internet, the electronic panel rang and I saw that I needed a password, I kept looking and as I was not finding it, the attendant Geovane came out of the counter to me and showed me, returning quickly. I observed his service while waiting for my turn and I realized how attentive, observant and kind he is to everyone even though he is at the end of the day. In my turn, as I needed to put data on the computer, he kindly turned the monitor so that I could follow the steps! It was the best care I've received in so many years that I've been on the drug streak! If I were the chain's director, I would hire Geovane to train all the chain's employees, it would certainly be the differential that would make many customers loyal!
