★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprar pelo Site nao recomendo pois fazem uma confusão liguei paguei e depois nao tinha o medicamento que eu precisava no dia da compra ...Ainda bem que deu certo nao descontaram o valor pago a eles ...e fui pessoalmente na loja comprar os medicamentos ufa que medo que eu senti foi a primeira vez que compro pelo site e deu errado...
I don't recommend buying on the Site because they make a mess, I called and paid and then I didn't have the medicine I needed on the day of purchase...I'm glad it worked, they didn't discount the amount paid to them...and I went personally to the store to buy the medicines phew what fear I felt was the first time I buy on the site and it went wrong...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Cheguei tinha uma moça sendo atendida. Depois de 5min o rapaz que atendia a moça pediu para o outro rapaz me atender. O mesmo não respondeu meu boa tarde. Não pediu a receita, só perguntou o medicamento. Ao responder simplesmente virou as costas e saiu andando. Eu respondi que não precisa mais, agradeci e fui embora. Atendimento horroroso e mal educado. Não volto nunca mais.
Terrible experience. I arrived there was a girl being attended to. After 5 minutes the guy who attended the girl asked the other guy to meet me. The same did not answer my good afternoon. He didn't ask for the prescription, he just asked for the medication. When answering, he simply turned his back and walked away. I replied that I don't need it anymore, thanked him and left. Horrible and rude service. I'm never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje as 20:23 nunca fui tão constrangida em um atendimento, A Atendente Patricia preenchia os dados para compra de antibiótico, quando peguei um dermocosmético na prateleira a sua frente e pedi para confirmar o valor, existiam varias caixinhas do produto e em frente a ele o preço de 129,90. Quando questionei o preço incorreto ela disse "É só ler", eu respondi "não é bem assim, se eu não soubesse ou não pudesse ler. voce estaria me constrangendo" e ela respondeu "mas sabe, é só ler" eu disse que falaria com a gerente e ela respondeu apenas "vai lá", quando me afastei ela ficou alto falando de longe com um colega de trabalho e quando eu pagava outros produtos no caixa ela gritou "pode fazer o preço da etiqueta" em tom de deboche, não era isso que eu queria apenas queria ser bem atendida, no final ela não apenas não resolveu como veio até o caixa para justificar que era o jeito dela de falar e eu exagerei. Sinceramente, não sei em qual situação responder "é só ler" seria sutil e não grosseiro, independente do tom de voz.
Não me importo com o valor, mas para que ninguem mais passe por isso, estou registrando a reclamação no PROCON e em todos os lugares possiveis.E que com isso ela realmente entenda que todos devem ser tratados com dignidade e respeito.

I do not care about the value, but so that no one else goes through this, I am registering the complaint in procon and everywhere possible. And with that it really understands that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect.
