★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior farmácia de Sorocaba, o atendimento é simplesmente PÉSSIMO , os funcionários não se esforçam nem um pouco para atender bem. Ao meu ver eles acham que por estarem localizados numa área nobre da cidade, somente magnatas deveriam frequentar o local, e sendo assim tratam os NORMAIS com desdém. No meu caso passaram um preço no balcão e quando cheguei no caixa era outro preço, reclamei é claro, eles só faltaram mandar eu procurar outra farmácia, ninguém se preocupou em dar uma explicação. Pena que não tem 0 estrela.
 Worst pharmacy in Sorocaba, the service is simply TERRIBLE, the employees do not make any effort to serve well. In my view, they think that because they are located in a noble area of the city, only tycoons should attend the place, and therefore they treat the NORMAL with disdain. In my case, they gave me a price at the counter and when I arrived at the cashier it was another price, I complained of course, they just sent me to look for another pharmacy, no one bothered to give an explanation. Too bad it doesn't have 0 stars.

Fiz a encomenda do meu colírio com o atendente Wagner, que foi muito simpático, marcou o dia para retirada e correu tudo bem, este colirio o Duo travatan estava em falta em todas as demais redes. Parabéns a toda equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços dos medicamentos se tornaram abusivos . Em vários casos, 50 % ou mais que q a farmácia da Unimed, por ex. Teve um medicamento com preço de mais de 100 % de acréscimo em relação a Unimed.Empurroterapia: Puran t4 p tireóide: tem que comprar 4 para ter "desconto". Mesmo comprando 4 sai mais caro que comprando uma caixa em outras farmácias. Larguei tudo no balcão e não volto mais. Nas últimas vezes q fui notei falta de atendentes nos caixas e balcão. Demora infernal.
Drug prices have become abusive. In several cases, 50% or more than q the Unimed pharmacy, eg. There was a drug with a price of more than 100% more than Unimed.Push Therapy: Puran t4 p thyroid: you have to buy 4 to get "discount". Even buying 4 is more expensive than buying a box at other pharmacies. I dropped everything on the counter and don't come back. In the last times I was noticed lack of attendants at the cashiers and counter. It takes hell.
