★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomei injeção nos últimos 3 meses neste local e aplicaram normalmente pela farmácia popular somente com a receita, hoje pediram o papel da última aplicação informando ser uma regra desde sempre, então por quê nunca tinham pedido? Sendo que na própria farmácia popular é informada a data de liberação da injeção, uma consulta simples no sistema já resolveria a dúvida, mas infelizmente a má vontade e mau atendimento não ajudaram. Mais empatia e cordialidade em auxiliar à saúde das pessoas.
I took injection in the last 3 months in this place and they usually applied by the popular pharmacy only with the prescription, today they asked the role of the last application stating that it has been a rule forever, so why had they never asked? Since in the popular pharmacy itself is informed the date of release of the injection, a simple consultation in the system would solve the doubt, but unfortunately the ill will and bad care did not help. More empathy and cordiality in helping people's health.

Precisamos antes de determinar algo a um cliente pensar se podemos ajuda lo, fazer algo que pode facilitar pois muitas vezes os protocolos podem ser resolvidos por um simples ação, que faz toda a diferença.
The lack of empathy for a specific employee who unfortunately I don't remember the name is total. Havia o produto que estava procurando e estava por uns R$ 30,00 e na farmácia do Coop eu compro por uns R$ 20,00. Ou seja, muito caro os produtos (motivo de não ser 5 estrelas). Em relação ao ambiente, profissionais e produtos é tudo a nível de excelência.
I arrived and was looking for a product, quickly a girl arrived to assist and help, which I liked a lot. There was the product I was looking for and it was around R$30.00 and at Coop's pharmacy I buy it for around R$20.00. In other words, very expensive products (reason for not being 5 stars). Regarding the environment, professionals and products, everything is at the level of excellence.
