★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em outra DrogaRaia e me foi informado que apenas essa loja possuía na região. Cheguei às 22:56 e a loja já estava fechada, sendo que está informada que o fechamento é as 23:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na compra realizada hoje, a atendente (caixa) cancelou 3x a operação por divergência de preços. Tome muito cuidado com as artimanhas comerciais dessa loja. Letras minúsculas escondendo o real preço dos produtos e funcionários completamente desinformados, despreocupados. Promoções com duplo sentido e se não ficar atento, gastará muito mais do que imagina. Não recomendo ! Vá a uma farmácia de sua confiança e que seja honesta pelo menos.
In the purchase made today, the attendant (cashier) canceled the operation 3x due to price divergence. Be very careful with the commercial gimmicks of this store. Small letters hiding the real price of the products and completely uninformed, carefree employees. Promotions with double meaning and if you don't pay attention, you will spend much more than you imagine. I do not recommend ! Go to a pharmacy you trust and that is honest at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez me recusaram a vender remédios.Desta vez com assinatura digital de um renomado cardiologista do hospital Einsten , me dizendo que a assinatura do médico não era válida.
Entrei em contato com o médico que me orientou procurar outra farmácia pois o problema era dos atendentes e do farmaceutico responsável.Segui a orientação do médico e procurei uma outra farmácia bem próxima , na qual consegui comprar as 3 caixas de remédios e a farmácia que me atendeu me disse quei médico estava certo e que o QR e as anotações na borda da receita validavam.
Lamentável o atendimento . Perderam mais de uma cliente

I got in touch with the doctor who advised me to look for another pharmacy because the problem was with the attendants and the pharmacist in charge. answered and told me that the doctor was right and that the QR and the notes on the edge of the prescription validated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo estabelecimento. Funcionários muito educados, bem preparados para o atendimento, sempre muito cordiais. Há horários de pico em que ocorrem maiores filas de espera, mas a qualidade do atendimento continua o mesmo. Se vc tem o APP da farmácia os descontos são muito bons, vale a pena. É a minha rede de farmácias preferida.
Great establishment. Staff very polite, well prepared for service, always very cordial. There are peak times when there are longer queues, but the quality of service remains the same. If you have the pharmacy APP the discounts are very good, it's worth it. It's my favorite drugstore chain.
