★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliamos como um bom estabelecimento quando esta consegue solucionar algum problema com o cliente. Só nesses momentos que temos certeza se a unidade é boa. Avalio como ruim esta unidade pois não trataram um problema que a minha esposa teve por erro do estabelecimento com respeito.
We evaluate it as a good establishment when it can solve a problem with the customer. Only at these times are we sure that the unit is good. I rate this unit as bad because they did not address a problem that my wife had due to property error with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 22/08 à noite por volta das 19 realizei compras lá e optei por receber a nota fiscal por e-mail porém não me enviaram. Fui no dia seguinte para solicitar a nota pessoalmente e ao verificar percebi uma dupla cobrança de um dos produtos. Pedi auxílio porém o estabelecimento agiu de forma muito ruim A atendente foi verificar o estoque para ver se realmente eu estava falando a verdade e não conseguindo ter certeza disse que ia fazer uma verificação com o gerente e que retornava depois. Droga Raia que vergonha. Com certeza é uma unidade que não voltarei mais.
On August 22 at night around 19 I made purchases there and chose to receive the invoice by email but they did not send me. I went the next day to request the note personally and when checking I noticed a double charge of one of the products. I asked for help but the establishment acted very poorly. The attendant went to check the stock to see if I was really telling the truth and not being sure she said she was going to check with the manager and would return later. Droga Raia shame. It is certainly a unit that I will not return to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não atende o telefone, telefone fica em cima do balcão no silencioso, fiz o teste dentro da farmácia e liguei e mesmo assim nenhum funcionário pegou pra atender, tá com dúvida chama eles no whatts e mesmo assim eles demora pra atender!
Precisa melhorar nesse requesito.
